Description

At Kidsfirst Kindergartens Wigram, our outdoor environment provides natural features such as hills, wilderness area and gardens which help develop children’s physical skills and an appreciation of the natural world.

Our outdoor equipment provides further opportunities for the all-round development of the child, in a safe yet challenging environment.

Our programme places a strong emphasis on encouraging and facilitating dramatic play, with all its associated positive social interactions, language development and creative expression, which builds healthy self esteem.Our kindergarten Management Plan this year has included purchasing new dramatic play resources, which have enhanced both spontaneous and teacher initiated dramatic play.

We believe that the foundations for life are built in the early years, through play which promotes a joy of learning through discovery and exploration.
