Description

Kidsfirst Kindergartens Opawa St Martins is set in a quiet street in Opawa, next to Hensen Park. Families attending our kindergarten come from a wide variety of cultures and there is a strong sense of community. We have an active committee and there is lots of opportunity for family/whanau input and involvement.

The outside environment includes and extensive climbing area, natural water play and a sandpit with lots of natural shade.

The indoor environment is spacious, with areas for quiet activities i.e. computer, ‘chill out’ corner/whare and large spaces for energetic and large group activities.

The kindergarten currently ahs two rabbits, fish and a mouse, which are well cared for by the children and community.
